As an Application Support Engineer II at Flywire in Valencia, you will bridge internal operations with core Engineering, focusing on AI-driven efficiency and deep debugging. You’ll tackle Tier-2 issues, collaborate with backend/frontend squads, and automate workflows to keep our integral platform stable. This role suits those who love reading code, solving complex puzzles, and applying AI tools to improve support.

Compensaciones / Beneficios

- Triage and resolve Tier-2 internal application bugs by examining code, logs, and data flows
- Collaborate with core backend and frontend squads; isolate Tier-3 bugs and support database changes
- Leverage AI tools to automate workflows, build scripts,



and improve support tooling
- Create clear technical docs for Tier-1 teams and cross-functional alignment

Responsabilidades

- 1–5 years in software development, technical application support, or strong programming foundation
- Ability to read code, understand logic, and navigate databases
- Experience with Ruby on Rails, Java, and React; MySQL, MongoDB, Redis, and RabbitMQ familiarity xugodme
- Active exploration of AI tools, prompts, or automation scripts to boost efficiency
- Fluent English; comfortable collaborating with global teams
