As Assistant Finance Manager at Kimpton Vividora Barcelona, you will lead the day-to-day financial operations and report to the Cluster Director of Finance to support Barcelona’s financial health. You will combine hands-on accounting with business partnering to help department heads make informed decisions. You will develop and guide a Finance team, embedding controls and continuous improvement across reporting, budgeting and cash management.

This role offers scope to influence profitability and operational efficiency while aligning with the cluster’s goals.

Compensaciones / Incentivos

- Lead day-to-day financial operations for the Barcelona hotel and ensure accurate, timely reporting
- Oversee month-end close, balance sheet reconciliations and variance analyses
- Manage AR/AP, cash management, internal controls and financial procedures
- Support budgeting, forecasting and business planning with department heads
- Provide actionable financial insights to leadership and drive profitability improvements
- Lead and develop the Finance team, fostering accountability and collaboration




- Support audits and ensure corrective actions are implemented
- Drive process efficiency through systems, automation and data analysis
- Protect assets and ensure ethics, confidentiality and compliance

Responsabilidades

- Experience in hotel finance or accounting, preferably in upscale or luxury settings
- Supervisory finance experience or readiness to step into Assistant Finance Manager
- Strong knowledge of hotel accounting, reporting, controls, budgeting, forecasting and cash management
- Analytical mindset with ability to translate data into business insights
- Leadership xugodme skills with focus on team development and operational partnerships
- High integrity, ownership, organization and attention to detail
- Advanced Excel and experience with financial/hotel systems
- Degree in Finance or Accounting; professional qualifications are a plus
- Fluent in Spanish and English; additional languages beneficial
