As an Associate Product Builder in Design, you help shape Discover, a Brand Performance Cloud feature where brands monitor and compare performance. You work within a pod, owning end-to-end discovery and design with senior collaborators. You will turn user insights into tangible interfaces and contribute to AI-driven capabilities like Media Impact Value. This role offers mentorship, hands-on growth, and a path to broader product responsibilities in a fast-paced, international environment.

- Own missions end to end: scope, build with the pod, enable, and monitor adoption for Discover features
- Execute real design work: create features with guidance from senior builders and AI-enabled workflows
- Support discovery efforts: conduct user interviews, surveys, and usage analysis to inform design decisions
- Define and analyze adoption KPIs, feeding insights back into prioritization




- Monitor market trends and competitive landscape to refine thinking
- Collaborate with engineers, business stakeholders, and leadership
- Contribute to shared tooling and design systems to raise quality over time

Responsabilidades

- Strong grounding in design and user-centered principles
- Proficiency with Figma, Lovable or similar tools; able to produce wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
- Discovery-oriented: ability xugodme to frame problems from users and turn needs into measurable outcomes
- Business sense and domain knowledge of fashion/luxury brand challenges
- Self-sufficient across crafts to keep a small pod moving
- Clear communication with both technical and business audiences
