Do you have a soft spot for motorcycles and a knack for making sure things run smoothly? This role is all about keeping our two-wheeled fleet in tip-top operational shape.
This isn't a hands-on mechanical role, but it's a critical back-office position that ensures every vehicle sent for service moves efficiently through the repair network. You'll be the meticulous guardian of data and timelines, playing a key part in getting these machines back on the road in optimal condition. Your work directly supports the high standards of service our customers expect.
Key Responsibilities:
- Track all motorized vehicles sent to repair centers from dispatch through resolution. You'll have a clear oversight of every step.
- Verify data accuracy in our systems, ensuring all information is complete and compliant. Your attention to detail keeps our records impeccable.
- Approve repair tickets once all validations are complete, maintaining smooth workflow.
- Monitor repair progress with follow-up reviews, ensuring ongoing information accuracy and proper case progression.
- Proactively monitor repair timelines, identifying cases that exceed standard resolution times. You'll be the one to spot potential delays.
- Escalate and alert relevant stakeholders when a vehicle remains in the repair process for more than four weeks, ensuring timely intervention.
- Maintain clear documentation and provide status updates as required, ensuring transparent and consistent communication.
If you're an organized,
detail-oriented individual who values precision and operational excellence, and has a quiet appreciation for the world of motorized vehicles, this role offers a stable and impactful way to contribute. You'll be a vital part of the system that keeps these machines moving, even when they're off the road for service.
