In this role you will support and strengthen site relationships in Spain, focusing on feasibility activities and pre-/post-award study planning. You work closely with the Clinical Operations team to identify opportunities, optimize site selection, and accelerate study start-up. You will engage a network of sites and flagship partners, helping shape feasibility strategies and site performance. This is a hands-on, cross-functional role that drives site excellence and efficient trial delivery.

- Provide ongoing site support and identify future business opportunities and feasibility assessments
- Develop plans for site contact, follow-up, and troubleshooting
- Assist management with feasibility, site selection, and study start-up
- Serve as site relations and excellence partner within the country
- Research site landscape and intelligence (KOLs, capabilities, care standards) for patient recruitment and retention
- Manage relationships with site networks/flagship sites, facilitate master CDAs, and liaise with network directors
- Conduct regular site performance reviews to ensure quality study delivery




- Act as escalation point for site-related issues throughout the study life cycle
- Provide ongoing support for site qualification visits and audits as needed
- Develop an intelligence database with site and country insights
- Support process improvements in feasibility activities
- Be main contact for project teams regarding site performance updates

Responsabilidades

- Bachelor of Science in a health-related field
- Minimum 1 year of site and clinical trials experience (more for senior roles)
- CRA experience is an asset
- Knowledge of drug development, clinical trial management, xugodme and GCP preferred
- Knowledge of medical terminology and clinical patient management preferred
- Fluency in English and Spanish
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
