In this role you will oversee day-to-day management of clinical trial operations within Medpace, ensuring compliance with ICH/GCP and regulatory requirements. You will act as the primary Sponsor contact and lead cross-functional teams to deliver study deliverables on time. You’ll maintain deep protocol and therapeutic-area knowledge, and shape operational plans and risk responses.

This is a growth-focused position that supports trials across phases with opportunities to lead in Immunology and Infectious Diseases, contributing to the company’s mission to accelerate safe medical therapeutics.

Compensaciones / Ventajas

- Manage and ensure day-to-day project operations per contract and ICH/GCP requirements
- Serve as primary Sponsor contact for operational issues and study deliverables
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of protocol, therapeutic area, and indication




- Provide cross-functional oversight and ensure project-specific training for team members
- Review and provide input on study protocol, edit check specifications, data analysis plan, and final study report when applicable
- Develop operational project plans
- Manage risk assessment and execution
- Oversee study vendors and monitor vendor performance
- Manage site quality and supervise Clinical Research Associates and monitoring deliverables

Responsabilidades

- Bachelor's degree in a health or life science-related field
- Advanced degree in health or life xugodme science-related field preferred
- Experience in Phases 1-4; Phases 2-3 preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of Clinical Trial Management experience; CRO experience preferred
- Management of overall project timeline
- Bid defense experience preferred
- Strong leadership skills
