The Role Ready to play a pivotal role in shaping the future of renewable energy operations? Sonnedix is looking for a Control Centre Delivery Manager to join our Madrid-based team on a 12-month fixed-term contract, reporting to the Monitoring Lead within the Operations function.

As the Control Centre Delivery Manager, you will lead the certification of Sonnedix’s Iberian Control Centre, enabling the company to assume direct technical dispatch responsibilities for its renewable energy portfolio across Spain and Portugal while delivering a strategic milestone for the business.

The Control Centre Delivery Manager will drive the end-to-end certification process with the Transmission System Operators (TSO), coordinate the technical homologation of renewable energy assets, and oversee the transition from external market agents to Sonnedix’s own Control Centre operations.

Working closely with grid operators, technology partners, operational teams, legal stakeholders, and senior leadership, you will ensure regulatory compliance, operational readiness, and a controlled migration that supports the long-term management of Sonnedix’s Iberian portfolio.

Desirable skills:

- Expertise in control centre certification processes and regulatory engagement with TSO´s (REE / REN)
- Strong understanding of renewable energy operations, technical dispatch, telemetry, and grid compliance requirements.
- Ability to lead plant homologation activities and coordinate complex regulatory approval processes.
- Proven stakeholder management skills across TSOs, market agents, technical partners, and internal teams.
- Professional proficiency in Spanish and English (written and spoken); Portuguese desirable.
- AI & Digital Literacy : Ability to leverage AI and digital tools to improve operational efficiency, project delivery, and stakeholder collaboration
