About the Role

We are looking for a Custom Made Device Leader / Planner. In this role, you will join a specialized team designing custom stent grafts for complex aortic aneurysms. This role blends clinical insight with engineering precision, using advanced imaging and 3D modeling to create patient-specific solutions that improve surgical outcomes.

Responsibilities

Perform detailed CTA image analysis and 3D modeling for device design

Collaborate with health care professionals and cross-functional teams to develop custom endovascular devices

Provide technical support during planning and procedures

Ensure compliant documentation

Act as a player/coach: contribute to case planning while mentoring team members,

Progress toward formal team leadership as new hires are onboarded

Required Qualifications

Strong organizational and communication skills

Ability to work in time-sensitive, customer-focused environments

Clinical interest and commitment to patient outcomes

Excellent English proficiency





Desired Qualifications

Experience in custom endovascular device planning or complex aortic interventions

Familiarity with 3D reconstruction software

Prior OR/cath lab case support experience

Bachelor’s degree in science or engineering
