We’re working with an international e-commerce company that is looking for a Dutch-speaking Customer Experience Specialist to join its team in Valencia, Spain .

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys helping customers, solving problems, and working in a fast-paced international environment.

? Your Responsibilities

- Support Dutch-speaking customers via phone, email, and live chat
- Handle customer questions, orders, and product-related enquiries
- Resolve complex cases and provide practical solutions
- Collaborate with internal teams such as Traffic, Design, Production, and Finance
- Maintain accurate customer and case information in company systems
- Identify recurring issues and contribute to process improvements
- Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction, quality, and productivity
- Participate in team meetings, workshops, and improvement projects
- Share feedback and ideas to continuously improve the customer experience

? What We’re Looking For
- Fluent Dutch and fluent English
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills




- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Comfortable working across multiple channels and systems
- Experience working with KPIs and performance targets
- Ability to remain calm and effective under pressure
- Proactive, adaptable, and solution-oriented mindset
- Willingness to receive feedback and continuously develop
- A third language is an advantage
- Already based in or near Valencia
- Valid eligibility to work in Spain / EU work eligibility
- Available to start as soon as possible
