The Customer Service Specialist will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining phone etiquette, enhancing customer service, and optimizing the overall customer experience.

Requirements: Proven experience in customer service or support is desirable.

Telephone excellence and communication skills.

Problem-solving and learning skills.

Languages : English C1 + Dutch C2 Location: Hybrid working model in Barcelona (5 days per month on site).
