What You'll DoBuild, manage, and mentor a high-performing team of country data product managersWork closely with the product team, data operations, and analysts to continuously improve the productivity and quality of our data factoryPartner with the European Director for Data to develop the product roadmap for your respective marketsDrive execution against the product roadmapRequirements5+ years of professional experience in data, technology, or technical services3+ years experience of building and managing high performing teamsAnalytical depth with the ability to dive into operational details, such as data curation workflows and complex data quality metrics,
