As an Outbound Sales Representative, you'll proactively connect with qualified leads and existing customers, understand their travel aspirations and turn conversations into high-value cruise bookings.
This is a true B2C sales role where you'll own your customer portfolio, create opportunities, reactivate customers and take responsibility for your individual sales and revenue performance.

Make proactive outbound calls to qualified leads and existing customers.
Identify sales opportunities and reactivate previous customers.
Understand customer needs and recommend tailored cruise solutions.
Manage objections and confidently close bookings.
Drive conversion, revenue and upselling.
Maintain accurate CRM and sales pipeline.
Own your individual sales performance and build your earnings through performance.
Your Journey so far
Experience in outbound sales, telesales,
B2C sales or business development.
Strong commercial mindset and results orientation.
Confidence making outbound calls and proactively engaging customers.
Strong objection handling and closing skills.
Experience in travel, tourism, hospitality, retail.
Languages: German, Austrian German & Swiss German; additional languages are a strong advantage.
Full right to work in Spain.
