As Digital Transformation Manager for Spain, you will lead education-focused transformation programs and roadmaps, aligning with Google for Education’s mission to expand learning through technology. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and government or institutional leaders to drive adoption at scale and overcome deployment blockers. You’ll shape program direction, measure impact with OKRs, and influence product roadmaps through data-driven insights.

Compensaciones / Incentivos

- Drive digital transformation roadmaps for strategic accounts across Spain, aligning with Education goals
- Develop customized program methodologies and lead cross-functional partnerships to streamline workflows
- Serve as trusted advisor to institutional and government leaders to address deployment blockers, manage resources,



and mitigate program risks
- Manage scaled adoption programs, local networks, and lighthouse initiatives to drive technology awareness and usage at scale
- Track key program objectives and OKRs and synthesize customer insights to improve programs and inform product roadmaps
- Define end-to-end program plans, product adoption roadmaps, and coordinate with Sales, Marketing, and PD partners

Responsabilidades

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- 4 years of experience xugodme in technology sales or working with customers in a sales role
- Experience in educational sector (K-12 or Higher Education) with technology deployments
- Experience developing and executing business, adoption, or change-management strategies
- Experience managing end-to-end program roadmaps, leading cross-functional teams, and working with executive stakeholders
- Fluency in Spanish and English
