As Director of Project Engineering - Europe, you lead a regional engineering organization delivering complex OT solutions for electric utilities. You shape the European engineering strategy, governance, and capability, ensuring safe, on-time, and high-quality delivery of SCADA, EMS, GMS, and ADMS projects. You partner with Professional Services, Sales, Product Management, and executive teams to drive operational excellence and long-term growth.

You will mentor leaders, optimize resources, and advance cybersecurity, quality, and customer outcomes. This role offers strategic influence across Europe with a focus on transformation and delivery scale.

Compensaciones / Incentivos

- Lead and develop a high-performing regional team of Project Engineers and Managers
- Define the strategic vision, structure, and operating model for Project Engineering across Europe
- Build capability through recruiting, coaching, and succession planning
- Establish engineering governance, standards, and review processes for multi-country delivery
- Drive consistent engineering execution across Europe and manage escalations with customers
- Monitor performance via operational metrics and implement corrective actions




- Establish and maintain engineering standards, templates, and best practices
- Oversee delivery of complex utility projects (SCADA, EMS, GMS, DMS, OT)
- Collaborate with Product Management, Sales, and Project Management to align delivery with business goals
- Ensure compliance with safety, cybersecurity, and quality standards and report regional performance to leadership

Responsabilidades

- 10+ years in progressive engineering roles in industrial automation or mission-critical control systems
- 5+ years in engineering leadership managing managers and technical teams
- Proven success leading geographically distributed xugodme engineering organizations
- Experience delivering complex utility SCADA, EMS, DMS, ADMS, or OT solutions
- Experience within electric transmission, distribution, generation, or renewables
- Proven track record of leading through growth and organizational change
- Experience in matrix organizations and cross-country collaboration
- Experience supporting technical sales, proposals, and executive engagements
