Headquartered in the United Kingdom, INTEC also operates offices in Germany, Türkiye, Spain, Azerbaijan, Romania, Mauritius, Mauritania, Australia, New Zealand and the Philippines, with plans for further expansion.We are expanding our engineering capability in the Philippines and are looking for an experienced Engineering Manager with a strong electrical engineering background to lead, develop, and mentor our multidisciplinary engineering team in the Philippines.The team spans Electrical, Civil, High Voltage (HV), and SCADA engineering.

As our global Civil Engineering leadership is already based in Spain, this position is intentionally weighted toward electrical engineering.

You will act as the technical authority and quality benchmark for electrical engineering,



while providing overall leadership and coordination across the wider multidisciplinary team.The role is based in Spain and does not require permanent relocation to the Philippines.

It combines remote leadership from Spain with regular, concentrated on-site assignments in the Philippines.
