At ASTEK Iberia , we are looking for an experienced AI Engineer / AI Tech Lead to join a leading company in the Retail & eCommerce sector and play a key role in shaping the future of enterprise AI solutions. This is a unique opportunity for a hands-on AI expert with strong technical leadership skills who is passionate about building, deploying, and scaling cutting-edge Artificial Intelligence and Generative AI solutions in a large-scale environment. Lead technical decisions and mentor AI Engineers and Data Scientists.

Drive MLOps initiatives, ensuring reliable deployment, monitoring, and governance of AI solutions. 5+ years of experience in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or Advanced Analytics. ~ Previous experience as a Technical Lead, Lead AI Engineer, or similar senior role. ~ Advanced Python development skills and solid software engineering foundations. ~ Experience with cloud environments, preferably Microsoft Azure , and services such as Azure OpenAI. ~ Strong understanding of MLOps practices, CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, and model lifecycle management. ~ Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Telecommunications, or a related technical discipline. ~ Professional-level English. Knowledge of Databricks, Vector Databases, and Azure AI Foundry.



Cloud or AI certifications (Microsoft, AWS, or Google Cloud).
