We are searching for an Executive Search & Pipelining Expert to join our team located in Spain. This role combines deep market research, creative sourcing strategies, and high-touch relationship management throughout direct searches, building robust succession pipelines and contributing to a talent marketplace.

What you do
- Lead end-end headhunting, proactive pipelining, sourcing for succession pipelines across leadership positions, including intake, sourcing, interviewing, offer negotiation, onboarding.
- Partner with Talent Management, Leadership teams and Talent Advisors(HR BPs) to understand organizational needs, position requirements, and long-term talent goals.
- Develop & execute tailored search strategies for niche, confidential,



and/or business-critical leadership roles.
- Proactively research, map talent across the tech industry, across geographies nurturing a talent marketplace, strengthen succession pipelines that provide instant access of top talents when necessary.
- Utilize advanced sourcing tools, AI and expert network to proactively research, map talent across tech industry, geographies and companies to fuel succession pipelines.
- Continuously analyse talent trends, competitor insights and best practices around hiring and talent availability to generate competitive advantage for Allianz Technology.

What you bring
- 5+ years of experience from a integral executive search firm or multinational in-house talent acquisition team with research, active sourcing and/or executive/leadership hiring experience. Technology, IT sector experience would be a plus.
