Research Topic

Research on organizational behavior, diversity, and career development across the lifespan, exploring how individuals and groups evolve within organizations over time. Research will emphasize rigorous empirical analysis using complex datasets to address questions related to age diversity, inclusion, career trajectories, and workforce dynamics.

We offer
- Duration. 1 year, renewable for up to a maximum of 2 years
- Annual salary and terms of payment. € 24,505.30gross per year, payable in 15 monthly installments.
- Contract type: The successful candidate will be appointed under the category of Research Assistant (Investigador/a Ayudante) according to the University of Deusto regulations.

We are looking for an outstanding and highly motivated PhD candidate to join an internationally active research team.
