Celyphos, a creative video production agency based in Athens, is assembling a two-person freelance production team to film The Becoming, a leadership retreat by Luminous Leadership taking place in Ibiza from 24–28 September 2026.

Over four days, you'll document a carefully curated experience designed for CEOs, founders, and senior leaders. The programme unfolds across a private villa in southwest Ibiza and selected locations around the island, combining facilitated leadership sessions with quieter moments of reflection, conversation, movement, and connection.

Your work will provide the visual foundation for the retreat's official film and a wider collection of digital content produced by Celyphos.

The asignment

· Two experienced freelance videographers / visual storytellers based in Ibiza working together as a self-sufficient production team.

· Capture cinematic b-roll throughout the retreat.

· Film selected sessions, discussions, founder interviews and participant testimonials.

· Capture authentic interactions, professional still photography, drone footage and clean audio.

· Manage media safely and work discreetly throughout the retreat.

· Bring and operate your own professional production equipment.

Post-Production Handover

· Deliver all raw video footage, photographs and drone footage.

· Provide organised folders by day, activity and camera.

· Deliver synchronised video and audio.

· Provide a rough assembly (rough cut)



to support the Celyphos post-production team in Athens.

· Content produced may include an official aftermovie, vertical social edits, founder interviews, testimonial videos and additional branded content.

Who We're Looking For

· Based in Ibiza or able to work locally.

· Strong experience in documentary-style productions, premium events, retreats, hospitality, leadership, wellness, lifestyle or branded films.

· Excellent visual storytelling skills.

· Professional interview and testimonial filming experience.

· Professional photography and drone capabilities.

· Fluent English.

· Able to issue a valid invoice.

· Reliable, calm, organised and collaborative.
