Shine is seeking a Customer Journey Manager to own and optimize the customer lifecycle for our accounting and invoicing solutions. You will design, implement and continuously improve journeys across onboarding, activation, engagement, retention and win-back, working with Marketing, Product, Customer Success and Sales.
You will analyze customer behavior, run A/B tests and ensure a consistent multi-channel experience using Ortto, ActiveCampaign and Intercom.
