What will you do?
- Build trusted, long-term relationships with a portfolio of German-speaking clients.
- Act as the main point of contact and proactively support each customer’s success.
- Drive adoption of payment and software solutions,



ensuring clients gain maximum value from the available products, modules, and integrations.
- Identify customer needs and recommend solutions that support their evolving business goals.
- Create new revenue opportunities through relevant upselling, cross-selling, and account expansion.
- Deliver engaging product demonstrations and guide clients through the adoption process.
- Monitor account performance, including Monthly Recurring Revenue, Net Retention Rate, customer health, and engagement.
- Identify churn risks early, resolve issues, and strengthen customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Negotiate and close commercial agreements while achieving renewal, retention, and growth targets.
- Contribute to sales and marketing initiatives designed to improve the customer experience and increase recurring revenue.

Requirements
- Fluency in French.
- Proven experience in a quota-carrying SaaS or technology role.
- A strong track record of achieving revenu
