Head of Iberia Equity Derivatives Sales - Madrid

Our client, a leading player in cross-asset solutions, is seeking a Head of Iberia Equity Derivatives Sales to be based in Madrid. This is a permanent leadership role, overseeing a small, high-performing team and driving the Iberian strategy across equity derivatives for both institutional and distribution clients. You will be at the forefront of our client's growth in the region, shaping client coverage and product focus across equities with cross-asset exposure.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage a small sales team focused on equity derivatives across Iberia.
- Develop and execute the overall Iberian strategy for equity derivatives sales.
- Cover and deepen relationships with institutional and distribution clients.
- Drive business across all equities products with cross-asset exposure.
- Collaborate closely with trading, structuring and cross-asset solution teams.

Key Skills & Experience
- Equity Derivatives Expertise: Deep understanding of equity derivatives and all equities products,



including structuring and pricing implications.
- Cross-Asset Solutions Exposure: Ability to position and sell solutions that span multiple asset classes, aligning with client strategies.
- Institutional & Distribution Coverage: Proven track record managing and growing relationships with institutional investors and distribution networks.
- Sales Leadership: Experience managing a small sales team, setting targets, coaching, and driving performance.
- Strategic Mindset: Capability to design and implement a sales strategy for the Iberian market.
- Madrid-Based Role: Willingness to be based in Madrid to work closely with our client's team and key regional clients.
