About us The Clueless is the creative studio behind Aitana López, the world's first commercial AI influencer. From Barcelona, we've built a roster of over 90 AI avatars, partnered with general brands, and grown our Skool training community to over 5,000 members, where we teach creators worldwide to build the same.

We're scaling that community and looking for the person who turns interest into customers.

The role

As a High-Ticket Closer, you'll be responsible for closing sales calls with pre-qualified inbound leads generated by our marketing campaigns. You'll be selling access to our Skool community: an annual training program in AI avatar creation. No cold calling — the brand opens the conversation for you.

Responsibilities

- Run discovery and closing calls with qualified inbound leads
- Sell annual access to our Skool community
- Manage your pipeline with disciplined follow-up
- Meet and exceed monthly closing targets
- Report conversion metrics and feed insights back to the marketing team

Requirements

- Proven experience closing sales over video calls (info-products, online education, communities, SaaS or similar)




- Experience with HubSpot (pipeline and CRM management)
- Fluent English and Spanish (our audience is international)
- Strong follow-up discipline and pipeline management
- Results-driven and self-directed, comfortable working remotely
- Available for part-time hours with flexible scheduling

Nice to have

- Based in Barcelona or nearby (option for a hybrid setup, though the role is fully remote)
- Experience selling communities or memberships (Skool, Circle, Discord or similar)
- Familiarity with the creator economy, info-products, or AI
