WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH
As a member of the Country Leadership Team (CLT), you will partner closely with Country leaders and Geography Operations teams to drive integrated planning, governance and business execution. You will collaborate across Planning, Marketplace Supply Chain, Logistics, Commercial, Finance and Operations functions to improve operational performance and marketplace readiness.

As the Principal, Operations, you will play a critical role in translating strategy into execution. You will lead integrated planning and governance processes, coordinate cross-functional execution and drive operational excellence across the country. Through strong partnership with Country and Geography teams, you will improve execution, strengthen operational discipline and enable business growth.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Serve as a member of the Country Leadership Team, providing operational insight and business recommendations to support country priorities.
Lead Integrated Business Execution (IBE) and support development of the Integrated Country Plan.
Drive seasonal planning, readiness and execution through a consistent IBE/IBA process.
