Achieve regional sales plan through leadership, coaching, and strategic account planning.
Define and monitor regional KPIs (sales growth, market share, tender performance, profitability).Demonstrate outstanding product knowledge, understanding related clinical data, competitive product knowledge, & overall industry trends.
Support the team in developing new business opportunities and expanding account coverage within the region.
