Account Executive – French Market
Location: Madrid, Spain Work Model: Hybrid Contract: Permanent, Full-time Language: Native/Fluent French + Native/Bilingual English Salary: €2,500 gross + Uncapped Commissions
Position Overview
We are looking for a results-driven Account Executive to join a fast-growing international B2B SaaS company supporting eCommerce businesses with innovative digital solutions.
In this role, you will manage the full sales cycle , from prospecting and discovery through product demonstrations, trial management and closing new business.
Main Responsibilities
- Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closing
- Contact and engage qualified leads
- Conduct discovery calls and product demonstrations
- Guide prospects throughout the free-trial period
- Convert trial users into paying customers
- Build strong relationships with key decision-makers
- Manage approximately 80-100 outbound calls per day
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets
- Maintain accurate CRM records and sales pipeline information
- Monitor KPIs including calls, demonstrations,



conversions and MRR
- Ensure a smooth customer handover to the Customer Experience team

Requirements
- Native or fluent French
- Native or bilingual English
- Must already reside in Spain
- Valid authorization to work in Spain
- 1-6 years of commercial sales experience
- Previous experience in one or more of the following:
- Account Executive
- B2B Sales
- SDR / BDR
- Outbound Sales
- Cold Calling
- Call Center Sales
- Lead Generation / Business Development
- Comfortable with high-volume outbound calling
- Strong commercial and closing mindset
- Target and KPI-driven approach
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Flexibility to support US-aligned working hours when required

Nice to Have
- Experience in SaaS
- Technology or digital product sales
- eCommerce industry experience

Compensation
Base Salary: €30,000 gross/year
