In this hands-on role, you drive secure IT operations at scale, acting as the bridge between startup speed and banking-grade security. You design and implement identity and access controls, automate lifecycle workflows, and enforce device compliance across macOS and Windows. You collaborate cross-functionally to standardize IT operations, improve user experience, and uphold compliance in a general fintech environment.

- Administer Google Workspace as the master IdP for authentication and access control
- Design, build, and maintain automated lifecycle management (Joiner/Mover/Leaver) using Okta Workflows and SCIM provisioning to downstream apps
- Create, deploy, and audit MDM/compliance policies in JumpCloud for macOS and Windows fleets
- Provide high-UX tier-2/3 support via Jira Service Management and Slack, identifying root causes and automating repeat issues




- Maintain Zero Trust access controls and SOC2/ISO 27001 compliance standards
- Manage endpoint protection (Sophos) with minimal user friction
- Collaborate to author knowledge base documentation in Confluence and standardize IT operations
- Monitor IT infrastructure, audit permissions, and propose tooling/API-first improvements

Responsabilidades

- 5+ years of internal IT experience in a fast-paced, scale-up, or regulated Fintech environment
- Proven Okta expertise: workflows, SCIM/LCM app integrations
- Deep Google Workspace administration knowledge (primary xugodme IdP, domain security, OU management, admin workflows)
- Experience creating/testing deploying compliance baselines and configuration profiles in JumpCloud (or equivalent cloud MDM)
- Strong OS/endpoint experience for macOS and Windows
- Automation-first mindset with experience automating tasks via native workflows or API integrations
- Understanding of Zero Trust, least-privilege, and security baselines with emphasis on UX
- Professional English communication and documentation skills
