In this role you lead and develop a team of IT Project Managers within eDO, driving strategic technology projects that transform the business and customer experience. You connect project delivery to corporate goals, optimize cross-team collaboration, and foster continuous improvement. You’ll personally lead one to two high-stakes initiatives while modeling project excellence in an agile, cross-functional environment.

This role offers high-impact work and a clear path to broader leadership within a global travel platform.

Responsabilidades

- 10+ years of IT project management with a track record of delivering complex technology projects
- Direct management experience – leading, developing, and mentoring PM professionals
- Strategic oversight to manage a project portfolio xugodme and drive change management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a hands-on leadership style
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing abilities with senior stakeholders
- High energy, proactive leadership
- Business proficiency in English
