In this role, you will lead complex Java-based development within the Customer eXperience team to deliver scalable, high-quality software. You will guide peers, shape architecture, and drive technical improvements that impact travellers using Prime and related platforms. The position combines hands-on engineering with mentoring and cross-functional collaboration in a hybrid Madrid/Barcelona setting.
You’ll work on maintainable systems, testability, and timely delivery, while continuously expanding your skills and contributing to a data-driven, innovative travel ecosystem.

- Ability to visually represent xugodme solutions with standard diagrams for diverse audiences
