In this role you lead Hager’s project business in Spain, driving sustainable growth and profitable performance. You’ll align the national strategy with the sales team and cross-functional partners to win large-scale projects. You will shape go-to-market plans, foster key relationships with investors, EPCs, and design influencers, and ensure engineering excellence in quotes and tender documents. This is a strategic, high-impact position in a growth-focused, collaborative environment.

• Define and drive the national Project Business strategy with clear objectives, KPIs, and commercial plans
• Manage and develop the Project Sales team to sustain high performance and customer focus
• Lead specification activities using Hager digital tools (BIM models, configurators, network calculations)
• Build and grow strategic sales channels (Panel Builders, OEMs, System Integrators)




• Develop and maintain relationships with design bureaus, consultants, and engineering influencers
• Identify and secure large-scale construction and infrastructure projects with investors, developers, EPCs, MEPs, and major installers
• Lead Key Account Management for strategic accounts across project lifecycles
• Gather market intelligence, assess pipelines, and translate insights into localized go-to-market strategies
• Enable technical support for project business, ensuring responsiveness and engineering excellence for quotes, load calculations, and tender documents

Responsabilidades
• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
• 8-10 years in B2B sales, business development, or channel management in electrical/automation/building xqbhyrx tech
• Proven track record in project-based selling and stakeholder management across the value chain
