In this Integral Study Lead role, you drive end-to-end study management to ensure timely, compliant and cost-effective execution of sponsored studies. You will lead a cross-functional study team, oversee CRO partnerships, and coordinate evidence generation with internal experts to support global strategies. You’ll shape study designs, budgets, and publication planning, contributing to Roche’s mission to improve access to healthcare. This position offers impact across registrational and non-registrational studies and opportunities to influence patient outcomes on a global scale.
Compensaciones / Beneficios
• Lead the global study team and own study deliverables in quality, budget, and timelines
• Collaborate with Program Leadership to model evidence generation scenarios (clinical studies and real-world evidence)
• Develop core study documents (Design Validation Plan, protocol, study materials, templates, study report)
• Oversee planning and operations of companion diagnostics studies sponsored by Pharma partners
• Manage study-level budgets and ensure regulatory and SOP compliance; maintain audit/inspection readiness
• Oversee outsourced activities to CROs and external service providers
• Coordinate Investigator Initiated Studies and Research Collaboration Studies
• Ensure study results are published in collaboration with the Publication Team
• Track project performance and ensure on-time delivery within scope and budget
• Build and sustain cross-functional relationships with internal/external stakeholders and alliance partners
Responsabilidades
• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or related field
• 5+ years experience managing full lifecycle of sponsored studies
• Experience ensuring publication of study results with Publication Team
• In-depth Clinical Operations knowledge in product development and Roche’s market position
