In this Madrid-based role within the EMEA RECM CPM team, you will oversee post-closing credit and portfolio activities for European RECM clients. You’ll support risk monitoring, client follow-up, and refinement of financing arrangements, ensuring data quality and regulatory reporting. You work closely with senior team members to manage watches, restructurings, and refinancings while contributing to the group’s overall portfolio performance. This position offers exposure to cross-border real estate financing and risk- or Citi-related processes in a leading European bank.
Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Post-closing portfolio management for allocated clients and transactions during construction and/or operation phases
• Perform annual reviews, handle waivers/amendments, ensure covenants and internal processes are met
• Organize control and follow-up of drawings under development financing within facility limits
• Obtain timely information for portfolio analysis and report findings to internal stakeholders
• KYC renewal and data quality checks; support regulatory reporting requirements
• Maintain deal financial models as needed
• Coordinate with Middle Office, Booking Center, and Agency where relevant
• Facilitate effective information exchange with Relationship Managers on credit facilities
• Liaise with Risk Corporate on client risk profiles and monitoring tools and present to credit committees
• Prepare quarterly Watch List and Doubtful statuses timely
• Support Seniors in refinancings and restructurings of complex files
• Provide sectorial, technical, regulatory, and market feedback to RECM teams
Responsabilidades
• Previous experience in a similar area, preferably in structured finance
• Sound understanding of the Bank's credit approval process
• Strong analytical xqbhyrx skills and ability
