The International Sales Representative role at WIN SOURCE is designed for sales professionals who want to build a long‑term career in global B2B business development and electronic component supply chain solutions.
it helps you learn how to understand customer procurement and supply chain needs, and create value through WIN SOURCE's general sourcing and supply capabilities.
Working closely with WIN SOURCE's sales, sourcing, logistics and quality teams, you will gradually build practical experience in international customer development, electronic component markets and supply continuity solutions.
Support the complete sales process, including customer communication, RFQ handling, quotation preparation, order follow‑up and delivery coordination.
Collaborate with internal sourcing, logistics and quality teams to help customers address shortages, lifecycle transitions, EOL risks, lead‑time pressure and cost challenges.
