As a Digital Transformation Business Analyst at FedEx Global Trade Services, you combine business insight with technology to drive AI-powered transformation and automation across global trade. You will partner with stakeholders to identify opportunities, translate challenges into tech solutions, and support adoption and change management in a cross-functional setting. The role sits at the intersection of business, data, and innovation, delivering measurable improvements in processes and performance. You will work with a integral team to enable strategic initiatives and impactful outcomes.
