Job Responsibilities

- Lead and manage a team of industrial engineers, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance evaluations.
- Develop, implement, and maintain industrial engineering methodologies, tools, and best practices across manufacturing operations.
- Conduct time studies, motion studies, and process analyses to identify bottlenecks, waste, and areas for improvement.
- Design and optimize production layouts, material flow, and workstation designs to enhance efficiency and ergonomics.
- Establish and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions for manufacturing processes.




- Lead continuous improvement initiatives using lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and other relevant methodologies.
- Develop and implement capacity planning models to ensure optimal resource utilization and meet production demands.
- Analyze production data and key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor performance and identify trends.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including production, quality, supply chain, and RD to drive operational excellence.
- Evaluate and implement new technologies, automation, and equipment to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
- Prepare detailed reports, presentations, and recommendations for management on process improvements and cost savings.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and company policies.
