In this role you will grow NN Spain’s Employee Benefits business by developing strategic relationships with companies, consultants and brokers, delivering tailored solutions that improve employee wellbeing and drive sustainable business growth. You will act as a trusted advisor to clients, building long-term partnerships and leading from opportunity identification to value delivery. The position combines business development with strategic relationship management in a people-centered, adaptable, learning-focused environment.

• Design tailored proposals addressing clients’ needs and objectives
• Manage and grow a client portfolio with a focus on outstanding customer experience
• Collaborate with the Tied Agent Channel to generate opportunities and maximize growth

brokers and partner organizations
• Represent NN Spain at industry events and networking activities

Responsabilidades
• 7-8+ years in the insurance sector, especially life, employee benefits or corporate welfare
• Proven B2B business development experience with long-term client relationships
• Established network of HR Directors (HRDs) and Compensation u0026 Benefits decision-makers
• Experience advising and commercializing Employee Benefits and Corporate Welfare solutions
• Experience working with consultants and brokers to develop partnerships
• Strong negotiation, xqbhyrx relationship-building and consultative selling skills
• Commercial mindset with analytical thinking for data-driven decisions
• University degree in Economics, Business Administration, Actuarial Science, Law or related field
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, Word and PowerPoint
