In this role you lead and maintain Schwarz Digits’ Health and Safety Management System, ensuring regulatory compliance. You oversee documentation, metrics, audits, investigations, and risk controls to drive a safe workplace. You coordinate with external services, HR, and operations to embed safety across the organization. You develop training, emergency planning, and data-driven improvements, contributing to a secure and sustainable work environment in Europe. You will work at the intersection of agility and safety to support digital transformation safely.

Compensaciones / Ventajas
• Lead the Health and Safety Management System execution, evaluation, and maintenance
• Maintain safety documentation and track metrics (accident reports, training, procedures)
• Act as the main safety contact for internal and external partners and authorities
• Lead internal and external safety audits and inspections




• Investigate incidents and implement corrective and preventive actions
• Manage health surveillance, medical check-ups, and health promotion actions
• Coordinate Business Activity Coordination (Coordinación de Actividades Empresariales)
• Conduct risk assessments, ergonomic self-evaluations for remote work, and office hygiene assessments
• Develop and maintain Emergency Plan, manage emergency team, and evacuation drills
• Coordinate safety policies and projects across group entities
• Initiate activities for new or improved safety methods and processes
• Collect and analyze safety data and communicate results to leadership
• Develop onboarding and training materials for staff
• Manage corporate Mobility Plan to promote safe commuting
• Collaborate with HR, Office Management xqbhyrx and stakeholders to integrate Health and Safety across the company
• Participate in procurement and tendering for external services
