Then our Index Operations team wants to hear from you We are an agile and international team responsible for the daily maintenance, reviews, and quality assurance of SIX’s equity and fixed income indices.



By ensuring the accuracy, reliability, and integrity of indices used as benchmarks for financial products worldwide, we play a key role in supporting global financial markets. In this role, you will work closely with Product Management, IT, Index Sales, and clients in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.

What You Will Do

- Responsible for the management and maintenance of all SIX and custom equity and fixed income indices, with a primary focus on SIX Spanish indices.
- Participate in Production, Corporate Actions, and Index Review shift rotations, including the coordination of ongoing index changes.
- Determine index constituents and weightings as part of the periodic review process.
- Provide incident management support and 2nd level operational support.
- Implement index changes across relevant applications and systems.
