The Country Lead owns Curewiki's commercial presence in the Spanish market end to end, from prospecting through contract signature, with a focus on the country affiliates of multinational pharmaceutical companies and national biotechnology companies.

As the first commercial hire in the market,



the role combines new business development with early customer onboarding and market representation. As the market matures, dedicated Customer Success and Patient Engagement roles are added, allowing the Country Lead to concentrate fully on revenue generation.

Your responsibilities:

Market development & pipeline generation
- Define and execute the go-to-market plan for the Spanish market in alignment with the CCO
- Build and maintain a qualified pipeline of national opportunities across pharmaceutical affiliates, biotechnology companies, and CROs, activating your existing network from week one
- Identify and map key decision-makers, including clinical operations, medical affairs, patient engagement, and procurement stakeholders
- Represent Curewiki at national industry conferences and events, converting presence into qualified meetings
