As Lead Program Manager, you will plan and drive the integrated Controls sub-system across the product lifecycle, coordinating with wind engineering and sub-systems to align priorities, schedules, and risks. You’ll apply disciplined program management to enable timely, high-quality execution in a global engineering setting. You will partner with cross-functional leaders to translate program objectives into actionable plans and milestones.

Compensaciones / Incentivos

- Develop and maintain the integrated Controls sub-system program schedule with milestones, dependencies, budget inputs, and resource needs.
- Align Controls deliverables with Wind Engineering program objectives by partnering with program leaders and sub-systems.




- Apply established GE Vernova Wind planning and tracking tools and daily management routines.
- Identify, track, and resolve programmatic and technical issues via cross-functional discussions and escalation when needed.
- Provide visibility to risks, actions, owners, and decisions to support accountable execution and stakeholder alignment.
- Coordinate change management for the Controls Sub-Systems bill of materials.
- Lead periodic internal program reviews with leadership and stakeholders. xugodme
- Support compliance with engineering processes, quality requirements, and continuous improvement in execution.

Responsabilidades

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering
- Minimum 3 years in program/project management or related technical field
