Develop and execute the country-wide operational strategy,



aligning with the company’s global vision and local market dynamics.Drive revenue growth and profitability through data-driven decision-making, cost optimization, and operational efficiency across company-owned and franchised locations.Expand the brand’s footprint by identifying new market opportunities, assessing locations, and leading store openings, including franchise development and support.Monitor and analyze KPIs e.g., sales, margins, customer satisfaction, operational costs to identify trends, risks, and improvement areas.

Oversee all QSR operations, including store management, supply chain, logistics, and compliance with brand standards for both company-owned and franchised units.Ensure consistency in food quality, service speed, and customer experience across all locations, with a focus on franchise alignment.Implement and enforce SOPs Standard Operating Procedures to maintain operational uniformity and efficiency across the network.Optimize supply chain and inventory management to reduce waste
