In this Principal Consultant role, you will lead data and analytics projects within Turner u0026amp; Townsend Technology consulting, shaping end-to-end data solutions and client-ready insights. You will guide cross-functional teams, capture requirements, and translate them into robust data models, dashboards, and decision-ready outputs. The role blends technical delivery with client engagement and business-focused problem solving. Your work directly supports client outcomes across diverse programmes, delivering scalable data solutions and insightful analytics.

• Lead project teams of analysts and consultants on data-centric engagements
• Define project execution plans and oversee end-to-end delivery
• Capture client requirements through workshops and engagements




• Design end-to-end data processes and data models in collaboration with clients’ IT teams
• Build dashboards and visualisations using Power BI, Tableau or similar tools
• Support clients’ decision making with model outputs and assurance checks
• Prepare project communications, progress reports and client pitches

Responsabilidades
• Strong analytical and numeracy skills with ability to present data in multiple xqbhyrx representations
• Proficiency in DAX, Python, VBA and SQL
• Experience with data warehousing and data modelling
• Consulting and business analysis skills (e.g., MoSCoW)
• Experience in Agile delivery methodology
• Strong BI and reporting architecture knowledge
