In this role, you will own the digital campaign execution for Lighthouse products aimed at hotel-chain marketers worldwide. You will set up landing pages, email workflows, and multi-channel campaigns while coordinating messaging across channels and regions. You’ll work hands-on with HubSpot and CMS tools, shaping AI-powered initiatives to drive MQLs, SQLs, and closed-won revenue. Collaborating with product marketing, content, design, and sales, you’ll translate strategy into live campaigns that boost growth and brand presence. This is a high-impact, hands-on opportunity to scale Lighthouse’s hospitality marketing with AI-powered workflows and global reach.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Own the digital campaign calendar for Chains u0026 Groups and oversee full execution across channels
• Build assets and launch campaigns using marketing automation tools (HubSpot) and CMS platforms
• Coordinate messaging across dozens of touchpoints (website, social,



paid media, events)
• Collaborate with product marketing, content, design, and sales to align messaging and drive MQLs/SQLs/revenue
• Set up email workflows, landing pages, and lead capture in HubSpot and push campaigns live in CMSs like WordPress or Storyblok
• Develop target audience strategy by region and product to inform campaign design
• Experiment with AI-powered workflows (Claude, Clay, etc.) to personalize campaigns at scale
• Monitor performance, optimize campaigns based on pipeline, conversion rates, and revenue impact
• Maintain on-time campaign execution and cross-team alignment

Responsabilidades
• 3-5 years of B2B SaaS or technology marketing experience with hands-on campaign execution
• Experience with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot) and end-to-end campaign delivery
• Numbers-driven with fluency in MQLs, SQLs, pipeline contribution, and reven
