Working under the guidance of the Environment Surfacing Supervisor and Lead Artists,



you will collaborate with the wider production team to help achieve the visual style and quality established for the show.ResponsibilitiesCreates textures using photographic references, digital hand-painted techniques, existing texture assets, and procedural workflows.Paints stylized textures based on concept art while maintaining the visual style of the show using Substance 3D Painter and Photoshop.Creates procedural textures using Substance 3D Designer.Demonstrates the ability to adapt and iterate within a variety of artistic styles.Demonstrates a basic understanding of UVs and texture layout.Shows a basic understanding of physically based shading principles and material properties such as albedo, reflection, refraction, roughness, and subsurface scattering.Authors and modifies materials using standard shading workflows within the production's established rendering tools.Follows established artistic and technical
