In this senior role you shape and deliver enterprise AI, GenAI, and intelligent automation solutions at scale for Symrise. You own architecture and implementation, partnering with business stakeholders, data scientists, IT, cybersecurity, and partners to move from use-case concepts to production-ready applications. You drive RPA governance and automation initiatives while contributing to a broader digital transformation strategy. You’ll influence standards, mentor teams, and deliver measurable business impact across a global organization.

• Design and lead enterprise AI, GenAI, and agentic AI solutions aligned with Symrise strategy
• Translate business needs into scalable, secure, compliant, production-ready architectures
• Define reusable AI solution patterns, architectures, and technical blueprints
• Build and implement production-grade AI solutions across ML, GenAI, RAG, orchestration, fine-tuning, and agentic AI




• Collaborate with MLOps, LLMOps, data platform, and IT teams for successful operationalization
• Own and evolve the RPA and intelligent automation strategy, including governance and lifecycle management
• Deliver automation solutions using platforms such as UiPath
• Act as trusted technical advisor to business stakeholders and co-define AI use cases with clear value and success metrics
• Ensure responsible and secure AI by incorporating explainability, auditability, traceability, compliance, and cybersecurity requirements
• Contribute to enterprise AI standards, reference architectures, best practices, and knowledge-sharing initiatives
• Support training and upskilling of business users to drive digital adoption and enable citizen development
• Ensure AI and automation solutions deliver measurable business outcomes, balancing innovation with cost, risk, feasibility, and regulatory requirements
