In this role you drive automation and AI-driven transformation in Integral Trade Services, designing and deploying solutions that cut manual effort and boost efficiency. You’ll collaborate across customs, operations, IT, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into automated and AI-powered workflows. You’ll build scalable capabilities, promote continuous improvement, and help FedEx become a data-, automation-, and AI-first organization. This is a hands-on, impact-focused opportunity at a global logistics leader.

• Analyze processes to identify automation opportunities and design end-to-end automation solutions
• Build, test, and deploy automation that reduces manual work and improves service quality

Responsabilidades
• Bachelor or Master degree in a relevant field
• Experience designing and implementing process automation in a business environment
• Knowledge of workflow automation, BPM, or intelligent automation technologies
• Experience xqbhyrx with automation platforms such as Microsoft Power Platform
