The Role: What You Will Do As a Real Estate Analyst (Appraisals) you will fully own and manage a designated portfolio of US states, driving the property appraisal lifecycle: * Order Management: Oversee the end-to-end process of property appraisal orders across the US. * Vendor Negotiation: Identify, engage, and negotiate competitive fees and timelines with top-tier American appraisers. * Stakeholder Communication: Act as the primary liaison between US lenders, borrowers, and appraisers. * Quality Control: Validate completed appraisals, ensuring top-notch quality before financial deployment. Who Are We Looking For?
