Trade Marketing Manager

Your Mission
You'll be at the heart of the business, connecting Sales, Marketing, and Retail Partners to create winning shopper experiences and drive sustainable growth.
This is a hands-on role with real ownership, where your ideas, creativity, and commercial mindset will make a visible impact from day one.

What You'll Be Doing




Lead the planning and execution of trade marketing activities across Spain and Portugal, ensuring successful product launches and retail campaigns.
Partner closely with Sales and key retail customers to identify growth opportunities, develop category initiatives, and strengthen brand visibility at the point of sale.
Translate shopper, consumer, and market insights into actionable trade marketing strategies that drive engagement and business performance.
Manage trade marketing budgets, evaluate campaign effectiveness, and continuously optimize activities based on results and learnings.
Collaborate with Marketing teams, international colleagues, external agencies, and retail partners to deliver impactful activations, events, and best-in-class execution.
