As an MRO Buyer, you will source and manage materials and services to keep facilities running safely and efficiently. You’ll work with Maintenance, Engineering, Manufacturing, Logistics, HSE, and Procurement to optimize costs, lead times, and supplier performance across MRO categories.

Your impact spans cost reduction, reliability, and continuous improvement while supporting sustainability and safety objectives. This role offers international collaboration and opportunities to shape procurement strategies in a integral powertrain environment.

Compensaciones / Beneficios

- Develop and implement sourcing strategies for MRO categories (spare parts, consumables, maintenance services, tooling, facilities)
- Ensure uninterrupted operations through supplier risk management, lead-time control, and inventory optimization
- Collaborate with Maintenance and Engineering to standardize materials and improve efficiency
- Lead RFQs, negotiations, contract management, and supplier selection for MRO goods/services
- Drive cost reduction, value engineering, and demand management while maintaining reliability and safety




- Conduct market analysis, supplier assessments, and benchmarking to identify opportunities
- Manage strategic supplier relationships and monitor performance across quality, delivery, and service levels
- Monitor MRO procurement KPIs, ensure contract/compliance, and support sustainability and HSE objectives

Responsabilidades

- Proven track record in strategic procurement in industrial/manufacturing environments (MRO categories)
- Bachelor in relevant field
- Familiarity with MRO best practices (inventory optimization, TPM/RCM/Lean maintenance) and xugodme supplier-led solutions (e-catalogs, VMI)
- Experience with SAP, Ariba, Coupa or similar platforms; spend analysis and ERP tools
- Excellent supplier relationship management and commercial negotiation skills
- Strong spend and market analysis capabilities with cross-functional stakeholder management
- Knowledge of automotive sector and Horse Powertrain business; English fluency; French beneficial
