The Asset Administration Support Officerrole:





We’re looking for an organised and motivated Asset Administration Officer to support the work of our busy Asset Management Team.

Within this role you will assist with the administration and coordination of asset‑related projects whilst supporting the preparation of strategies, reports, and bids for resources.

You'll be a key point of contact for tenants and residents living on schemes involved in Asset Management proposals and projects, ensuring they receive clear and timely information.

Key duties and responsibilities of our Asset Administration Support Officer:
- Liaise with tenants and residents asrequiredto advise on theday to dayoperation of Asset Management Team Projects including core Barnsley Homes Standard and supplementary Capital Investment Programmes.
- Have the knowledge to resolve and direct enquiries to the relevant persons accordingly.
